THE GRIEF RECOVERY METHOD

Welcome to IT’S HOPE – Grief Recovery

IT’S HOPE is the place where people find hope when they believe there is none.
Let go of the pain and find new purpose in life.

If you, or someone close to you, is suffering from a broken heart. It may have been caused by the death of a family member, friend, or beloved pet.   It may have been caused by a divorce, a break-up, or an estranged relationship. It may have been caused by the loss of a job, a move, any number of other reasons.  You may even be feeling disconnected and isolated in relation to our current COVID-19 situation.

That sense of loss and the emotional pain that you are feeling is the normal and natural reaction to any major change in life!

Incomplete recovery from grief can have a lifelong negative effect. When unresolved emotional business is addressed, this impacts positively on the individual, the family and greater community.

Recovery from loss is not about forgetting –  it is accomplished by taking a series of actions that lead to completion.

Live fully with the knowledge that returning from emotional pain or significant loss is possible.

Can you imagine what it would feel like to get up every day and experience life with increased quality and confidence in the knowledge that you can achieve your dreams and goals with renewed energy and confidence?

What would that be worth to you?
