I am a Certified Life Coach and accredited Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist® specialising in grief, loss, and bereavement. 

My mission is to enhance the quality of life in our community through individual and family services, community activities, programs, and partnerships with other organisations assisting individuals to let go of painful emotions and memories.

If you are grieving the personal loss of a family member or friend, struggling with grief, anxiety or stress around divorce, miscarriage, substance abuse or family breakdown, whether you are a caregiver not knowing how to provide support your child or loved ones, or if you have lost your beloved pet, the Grief Recovery Method® programs will assist you to transverse the emotional pain associated with your grief. 

I provide a personalised and empathetic service and will help you let go of emotional pain as I support you to find new purpose in life.

I facilitate a variety of grief support programs, workshops, trainings, and consultations for individuals, groups, and organisations; tailored to individual needs with the knowledge that recovery from significant loss is available.

My personal experience with grief began with a family breakdown, followed by the suicide of my children’s father.  When my elder son died in a motorcycle accident three years later, I experienced grief in a way I had not anticipated. 

As a result, the challenges of coping with these life changing losses, along with the effects this tragedy had on the people around me, I came to recognise that minimal support was available.  

Fast forward several years.

Whilst continuing to study, I’ve worked within the community sector facilitating “Relationship in Focus” outreach programs; coaching and counselling those who have been impacted by grief regarding family matters, relationship challenges, substance use and behavioural issues. 

Several years into my journey, I discovered the Grief Recovery Method®.  I’ve experienced recovery through grief and difficult life circumstances in my own life and as a trained Advanced Specialist® continue to see the positive outcomes and amazing results this program provides to all those I work with.
